ContractExtract uses Claude AI to read your uploaded contract and identify key clauses, dates, parties, and obligations for a structured, plain-language report.

When you upload a file, it is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS to our server, where the text is extracted and sent to the Claude API for analysis. The resulting report is returned directly to your browser. ContractExtract does not intentionally write documents or reports to its own database. Anthropic and Vercel process data under their own terms, as explained in the Privacy Policy.
